[Audio] Play DualMono AAC TS stream with Channel Config=0

In 13818 spec, there is no specific Channel Configuration for DualMono AAC, but in most of the case, people use Ch Config=0 to specific the stream is DualMono.
However, most of the well known player cannot play a TS with DualMono AAC Ch Config=0, except one, KMplayer.

1. Go to KMplayer download site, download, install
http://kmplayer.en.softonic.com/download

2. Open the DualMono AAC TS stream in KMplayer

3. Go to "Audio" -> "Preferences" -> "Audio processing"

4. In "Basic Audio Filters", choose "Remove Left Channel" to hear Right channel, or choose "Remove Right Channel" to hear Left channel.
